Our Shared Commitments at POPS

At POPS, our vision is that all children and families affected by the justice system feel valued and are treated fairly, so they can live free from stigma, actively participate, take up new opportunities and consider future possibilities.

Our greatest asset in achieving this vision is you – our staff.

We’re all in this together — working to provide the best services and support we can for families affected by the justice system.

To do that well, it’s important we all know have a shared understanding of what you can expect from POPS, and what we ask from you in return.

  • To be heard and treated with respect
  • Fair opportunities, no matter your background or experience
