POPS is the lead agency for the BME Roundtable Consortia, funded to build the capacity of the youth organisations in the Wythenshawe area with skills that will enable them to work with young people who are on the verge of gang and violent activity.
We are running a schools workforce workshop on Thursday 24th January, 4-7pm at the Forum Leisure Centre in Wythenshawe. The workshop will explore participants understanding of the key issues and provide specialist support to identify any gaps in meeting the needs of at risk young people locally.
The conference is designed for teachers, school police support and neighbourhood officers.
