To oversee the delivery of POPS’ Visitor Centre and Family Welfare Service within HMP Buckley Hall and to work closely with prison staff to ensure POPS’ family welfare and support is embedded and is an integral part of the prison pathways at HMP Buckley Hall.
The focus of the role is to ensure the visitor centre and visits hall play facilities are staffed on all social and special visits. Providing information, advice and guidance for prisoners’ children, families and other visitors at HMP Buckley Hall with a particular focus on supporting prisoners and their children, families and loved ones from point of entry into custody
